Strata Battery NSW

Strata schemes typically install storage against common-property load — lifts, lighting, car park ventilation and pumps. BESS3 applies to BCA Class 2 buildings with at least four individual dwellings.

What you need to know

Usable capacity above 20 kWh and up to 200 kWh
Minimum customer payment of $1,000 per implementation
