Battery storage incentives for NSW apartment buildings and strata schemes, commencing 1 September 2026.

Who is BESS3 for?

BESS3 applies to apartment buildings classified as BCA Class 2 with at least four individual dwellings, with usable battery capacity above 20 kWh and up to 200 kWh. A minimum customer payment of $1,000 per implementation applies.
